I can see why kindness would be at the top of the list. I wonder if "having a sense of humor" would be second.

I also wonder if being fit might be more important than you state. By "fit" I don't mean having a Hemsworth-styled superhero body, but fit in the sense whereby a woman might think "This guy takes care of himself. He isn't a slob. He obviously eats well. I find that attractive." Note my distinction: It's not the guy's looks that are attractive (though she might note that too), it's the guy's behavior toward himself that's attractive.
